We’re Hiring an EPOS Administrator!

Indepharm Ltd are hiring an EPOS Administrator who will have responsibility for the upkeep of the Master Product File and provide EPOS support for the Haven Group.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Daily maintenance and upkeep of the EPOS system
  • Categorisation of products in the EPOS system
  • Accurate and timely data entry of key information into the EPOS system
  • Generation of regular sales reports
  • Point of contact on EPOS queries for all stores

Skills and Abilities:

  • Possess speed, accuracy and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and schedule work load whilst working to deadlines
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Highly Organised
  • Possesses a positive working attitude, willingness to learn new skills and appreciation of other points of view
  • Flexible and ability to multitask
