General Haven Loyalty Card scheme conditions

The Haven Loyalty Card scheme and Haven Loyalty Card is operated by Indepharm Ltd., Unit E Citywest Shopping Centre, Citywest Road, Dublin 24. Please do not send correspondence to this address

Indepharm Ltd can cancel, withdraw or alter the scheme, including these terms and conditions, or any individual Haven Loyalty Card account, at any time

All Haven Loyalty Cards (including temporary cards) belong to Indepharm Ltd.

If we identify that you hold two or more Haven Loyalty Card accounts, we may merge them into one account at our discretion

The Haven Loyalty Card scheme is for personal use only; business use is strictly prohibited and constitutes abuse. Indepharm Ltd. reserves the right, at point of purchase or retrospectively, to determine whether a transaction constitutes business usage

Indepharm Ltd. can take any action it considers appropriate, including removing or suspending a Haven Loyalty Card account and points accrued, if we have reason to believe you are abusing the scheme or associated clubs and offers

Use of additional offers and benefits associated with your Haven Loyalty Card account are subject to store network availability

Indepharm Ltd. will remove Haven Loyalty Card points from Haven Loyalty Card accounts that haven’t been used for two years or have been closed

To benefit from the Haven Loyalty Card scheme you must be aged 13 years or over. We will not communicate with a customer until an appropriate age of consent is reached, excluding the distribution of their permanent Haven Loyalty Card

Data protection

Indepharm Ltd. is committed to protecting your privacy. We will always keep your personal information safe, will never sell it to third parties and will only send you marketing material if you have agreed we can do so. To enable us to provide, and inform you about, our products and services we share your information between companies in the Indepharm Ltd. group and with external businesses working on our behalf in Ireland. Please refer to our privacy policy for full details of how and why we use your personal information

Collecting Haven Loyalty Card points

You will collect four Haven Loyalty Card points for every €1 you spend on qualifying purchases; the number of points collected may vary. In store, points will usually be added to your Haven Loyalty Card at the time you buy products and services included in the scheme

If you forget your Haven Loyalty Card, please ask the cashier to validate your receipt. You will need to provide the validated receipt within 45 days of the transaction with your Haven Loyalty Card to be able to collect your points

Haven Loyalty Card Points are not available on prescription and selected dispensary items or licensed medicines

Points are not available on gift cards/vouchers

During Haven Loyalty Card points events, existing points promotions will not be multiplied

Indepharm Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw Haven Loyalty Card points promotions/offers without notice


Spending Haven Loyalty Card points

One point is worth one cent to spend on products in store and online at Haven.ie. We will not exchange Haven Loyalty Card points for cash and the offer is non-transferable

Points cannot be spent on prescription and selected dispensary items or licensed medicines

You must have enough Haven Loyalty Card points to cover the cost of the product; you cannot make a part payment of points towards a product or service

Haven reserves the right to ask for identification such as driving license or passport when redeeming points

We reserve the right to substitute or remove products and services available for Haven Loyalty Card points collection and redemption in store and online without notice

Spending points may be subject to network availability in store or online


Returning goods

If you return a product for a refund, we will deduct the number of Haven Loyalty Card points collected from your Haven Loyalty Card account

If a product you buy with Haven Loyalty Card points is faulty, please return it to the same Haven Pharmacy you purchased it from. If necessary, we will credit your account with the correct number of points. No cash refund will be given in these circumstances
